ParkCue Privacy Policy

HAYWARD AND GREEN AVIATION LIMITED ParkCue Privacy Policy Effective 22 September 2026 ParkCue is a product of HAYWARD AND GREEN AVIATION LIMITED (“we”). This policy describes how the iOS app ParkCue handles information. What ParkCue stores Parking clues, optional photos you take or choose, optional map points, reminder times, language preference, and an optional operator name stay on your iPhone in the app’s local storage. There is no ParkCue account and no developer-operated server for your parking records. What we do not collect We do not operate analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not receive your parking photos, bay numbers, or location from the app. Device backups may include app files depending on your iOS settings. Permissions Camera, Photos, Location, and Notifications are requested only when you use the matching feature. Location is used in the foreground to save a point you choose. Notifications are local reminders you schedule. Opening Apple Maps sends only the destination you selected to that app. Sharing and deletion If you share a parking card, you choose the destination and the content. You can delete an active session, history items, or all parking data in Settings. Deletion removes app-owned copies and reminders, not original Photos library files or older backups.
