This policy explains what information is handled. Summary Photos you choose for recognition are uploaded securely for cloud processing and are not stored by Mahjong Lens after processing. Scan history and settings stay on your device within the app session/storage you control. We do not sell personal information and do not use third-party advertising networks in the app. Information we process Photos or videos you select. When you take or import a photo, the image is sent to our cloud recognition provider solely to identify Mahjong tiles. Processing is for app functionality. On-device history and settings. Confirmed hands, corrections, and preferences may be stored locally so you can revisit learning reviews. How we use information Recognize tiles and present editable results Provide structural learning notes Respond to support requests you send by email Third-party services Cloud recognition is performed by a model-hosting provider under our configuration. Apple provides App Store distribution and standard device services. This support website is hosted on Vercel. Data retention Recognition images are processed for the recognition request and are not retained by Mahjong Lens after processing. Local history remains until you delete records or remove the app. Children The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Your choices You can deny camera or photo access in iOS Settings, delete local history in the app where available, or uninstall the app to remove local data.
