Home Privacy Support CourtKeep Privacy Policy Last updated: July 29, 2026 · App Store ID 6795738229 CourtKeep (“we”, “the app”) helps you manage royal and cosplay prop inventory on your iPhone. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the app. 1. Local inventory data Prop photos, names, quantities, locations, checkouts, reservations, maintenance notes, and related catalog content you enter are stored locally on your device. We do not require an account to use the core inventory features, and we do not operate a CourtKeep cloud sync for that catalog by default. 2. Permissions Camera / Photo Library — only if you add or attach photos to props or return records. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) — if you allow tracking, advertising identifiers may be used for campaign measurement as described below. Network — used to load remote configuration, measurement SDKs, and (when enabled) web content. 3. Attribution & advertising measurement CourtKeep may integrate third-party measurement partners (including Adjust and Meta/Facebook SDK) to understand installs and campaign performance. Depending on your ATT choice and remote configuration, these partners may process device and advertising identifiers, install attribution data, and related analytics events. Tokens and event mappings are typically supplied by remote configuration after launch rather than hardcoded in the app binary. Please also review the privacy policies of those partners for their independent practices. 4. Remote configuration & web content The app may contact remote servers to load configuration and, when enabled by that configuration, display web content inside a WebView. Those requests can include technical device information needed to deliver the correct experience (for example app version and device type). 5. Children CourtKeep is not directed at children under 13. Do not submit personal information of children through the app. 6. Data retention & deletion Local catalog data remains on your device until you delete it in-app (for example via Settings delete-all) or remove the app. Attribution data retained by third parties follows their retention policies. 7.
